Belinda, I am so sorry that you had this experience in such a trying time for all of is. The things that you have stated were out of my control, I'm not the builder, I am the agent and my hands were tied. I tried my best to stay on top of them to get you to the finish line. I know that since you're closing the builder has come and rectified some of the things that you were saying were outstanding or not satisfactory and were told you were Happy with the progress. I hope that you're having a better experience now living in your new home with the last details being attended to. I apologize on behalf of the builder and they are attempting to make it right for you. Carmen
